Please Urgent Matter!

Hi, I have reading your discussion. I have applied for Zambrano for myself and my partner(both non-eu). I was married to Eu in 2013 and then separated from my EU partner in 2014. I started relationship with my Non-eu partner and we have baby in 2017. And My Baby was eligible for Irish passport. We got passport and applied Zambrano for my non-eu partner to DOJ on July 2017 fro Solicitors because she was out of Student Visa. they ask us DNA in December. We provided DNA and Report Proved I am Biological father of IBC. But not getting positive response from DOJ. They asking my EU partner relationship history and saying its Fraud marriage. And my solicitors write them EU4 application to stop allegations but they are not happy. My own Stamp4EU is revoked on in August 2017 because its Zambrano application requirement not hold any other Stamp if application is based on IBC. They asking the passport of child should not be exist if they revoke my Stamp4 EU based from back date. My Solicitors said they must issue under Zambrano law if not we can Proceed to High Court. Any Help or any detail info is appreciated if you know any case like this has been resolved before. Thanks

Is your child irish passport still valid?? Or they revoked?? As long your child passport is valid you can fight with DOJ..

Did they asked you to contact with DFA to cancel your child passport??
My friend had same issue like yours and almost 22 month were waiting to get their approval.but only difference is they(Doj) never said his marriage was fraud with eu national..

No, they have not said anything like yet, Is your friend asked to Report to DFA to cancel their Child Passport?

No,nothing happened like this in his case.
What kind of question they have asked after submitting the DNA test??
Is you eu-wife still in ireland and is she working??

Yes, These kind of questions they asking, to show the payslips and other things. I do not have these resources. So we will se what comes next

Did you get this kind latter from EUTR section or from IBC??

This is from EUTR divison.

I do not know why they are asking this kind of things from EUTR,if they revoked your EUfam so normally they transfer you file to IBC section for consideration.
Did EUTR close you file yet ??

EU4 Application has been Sent that is for Review or to Remove allegations to clear file. I do not understand they have revoke my stamp after my baby is born.

Did they revoke you visa before your child get irish passport or when did you submitted your Zambrano application??

No they Revoked my Stamp4EUfam 3 months after my child got Passport. And My partner applied in July 2017 and applied in August 2017.

Ok, any way if you need any help or any question to ask then please let me know so i can ask my friend to get appropriate answer from him

Thanks very Much Mark_ir, Any useful or Strong point info will be very helpful. Like he sent his application through Solicitor or not, Or he has been suggested to go to Court or Wait for Response. by Solicitors

My friend applied through solicitor.but his solicitor always suggested him to wait for response from DOJ.his solicitor never even said anything related to court.they were doing his case very slow and asked all kind of stupid questions.

No update for mine or others even,department are dealing all Zambrano cases are very slow..is your solicitor said anything about others zambrano cases??

No any update yet, Solicitor does not said anything, he said he will send reminder to get update about case
