Application withdrawn, how to reset portal and reapply?

What are the chances that my previously cancelled (not refused) application will affect a new application that I'll make soon?

The reason why I decided to withdraw and reapply is because I forgot to add an appropriate financial document to my previous application. I've learnt a lot since my last application and would also be modifying what i'd say at the credibility interview.

Do you think that my past application will have any influence at all on my future application?

The UK visa application website is stuck at ‘payment successful’ for the previous application. How do I reset this for reapplication immediately? Documents have been returned already.
