New soc code and new visa question

Post by Charming270 » Mon Jul 09, 2018 4:13 pm

Hello dear forum members,
I have been working for a company for 5 years and today I heard that the new vacancy will be opened soon. I would like to try my chances however in case they promote me I will need a new soc code, a market vacancy test and a new visa. I know that, also I am under the same soc for 5 years. the only thing is if I will be doing a new visa with a new soc code, which type is my soc code will be? New entrant or experienced worker? I mean I will be new to my new job if I succeed but on the other hand I have been working for the same company for 5 years. The company remains the same
Thanks!

If you are over 26 years of age, it is experienced.

You have been given advice on similar questions already.
