Employee Query

Good evening everyone. My extension was granted on the 3rd of March 2017 and I have 2 employee who has been working for me since March 2016, but one of them left in April this year. Below is their job title and hours
1. Employee 1: Admin assistant, 30hr/wk, worked 10 months full time and left in April
2. Employee 2. Project Officer, 30hrs/wk has been working before and after my extension and stll working, so far she has worked 16 months+ and still working. Based on Pre April 2014 rule can i combine both employee 1 and 2 as i am hoping to apply for my ILR in Feb

Yes.
But I am confused. If Employee 2 has been working for 16 months, that seems to be after you got extension (since it is 16 months since you got your extension)

Thanks My man for your reply. Sorry My extension was granted March 2017 not 2016 and these employee have been with me before I applied for my extension and I retained them since after my extension. One left after 10 months of my extension and the other one is working with me.
extension granted March 2017.
employee 1. 10 month
employee 2, 16 months and still working. I am applying for ILR Feb 2019. Please can I combine both of them based on pre April 2014.
