Uk tier 4 and study gap 3 years

Hello. I want to apply uk on undergraduation programme. I am now studying honours 3rd year as my bachelor degree is not completed yet for that I want to apply on undergraduation programme in uk.

Is there any problem to apply uk with study gap ?

My ielts score is overall 5.5 ....individually reading 4.5, listening 5.5, writing 5.5, speaking 6.

will ielts score create problem?
