EXTENSION GRANTED 200K No Interview

Hello everyone!
My extension visa has been granted for 200k..With no interview in 4 Months ans 10 days

My time line as follows

Application submitted 3rd March 2018 (last day of my initial visa)
Received by HO: 5th March 2018
Fees Deducted by HO: 7th March 2018
Bio Letter along with complex letter received within 10 days of submitting application
Bio Done - 19th March 2018
Another Complex Letter Received 4th April 2018 .
Interview: No Interview
Partial IHS Refunded - 01/07/2018
BRP Received Approval Letter, Docs, Passports Received on 13/07/2018....

Congratulations man. Can you please share list of documents you submitted. Did you send additional documents like rental agreement, invoices, marketing materials etc.

First of all congratulations heryzia!

On th below, Have you had any previous immigration history in UK other than T1E ? Just trying to understand the reason for complex letters.

Hi Hariziya,
Congratulations on your extension approval, I hope its a bit of stress relief and you will be able to put more quality time on your business.
Could you please post the list of documents you submitted with your application. The reason I am asking is as per the policy guidance there is only limited set of documents they asking, but apparently they want to see more documents by asking those documents at interview stage. If you are kind enough to post the list of documents every one can benefit from it.

First 2 years were in loss but the third year was in profit.

I have used cars sale purchase business and in Feb 2018 I bought a Garage with MOT test station.

Investment has been made in form of Director Loan, several bank transfers from directors' personal UK bank accounts to the business account. These investments are appearing in annual accounts.

the documents includes
Covering Letter
Application form filled and signed 2 photos
- Passport (original)
- BRP (Original)
- Business bank statement, selected pages showing DL transactions, transactions highlighted.
- Management Accounts (Accountant's report page signed by accountant)
Director Loan Agreement.Current Appointment Report,
All My company letters from companies house and HMRC etc
2 years full Annual Accounts and last year Management Accounts (as i was granted 3 years Tier 1 visa)
2 Full Time(30 Hours per week) Employees documents,Payslips,Documentation to prove the employee are a settled workers,printouts of RTI-FPS per month.
Personal Bank Statement showing the Maintenance funds.
Business property lease Original attested by the Solicitor.
Insurance Documents.
Some Invoices for cars purchased from Auctions and dealers alongwith selling invoices.
Business advertisement leaflets,cards,website.etc.........

They only asked for one additional document the personal bank statement showing maintenance funds. Which was provided next day and after receiving that HO granted visa within 5 days.

You mentioned you did. Why did they ask to send again?
