refused case management

  • I receive a letter from refused case management Liverpool asking me for a copy of the original birth certificate of dependent, what that means? Is it already been refused because I got a letter from refused case management.
    BTW I am an asylum seeker.

Not necessarily. I had posted the same thing a few weeks ago.

I have applied for ILR/Settlement (after 6 years DLR, originally asylum was refused back in 2004 and I went through to Legacy Cases...) and the department that sent me a letter for Biometrics Enrollment was Refused Case Management RCM, although it showed

RCM-FLC2
Level 7, Capital Building
Old Hall Street
Liverpool L3 9PP

Your case is asylum so I am not too sure if it's been decided. I wouldn't worry too much about that.

Hi Adel
I hope you enjoying your life. Actually I did my asylum further submission on sept 2017 when my son spent 6& half year in uk , I didn't receive any reply from HO . However when my son completed 7 years RCM team of HO sent me biometric enrollment letters 4 weeks ago for all family members.
Please can you advise why RCM HO want our biometric ?
Have HO asked your biometric ?
