ILR due November, wife is a Tier 2 dependant

Post by tejalondon » Thu Jul 19, 2018 11:27 am

Hello,

First off, many thanks for your replies to various questions posted. This is very helpful

I am on tier 2 visa and due to apply for an ILR any time from 2 week of October this year, my wife is a tier 2 dependant, with a valid visa until September 2019.

Which is the best way forward to apply ILR for my wife, can she continue with her current visa until it expires and thereafter, what should I switch her to, so that the time already spent on any visa type will add to her ILR qualifying period eventually. thanks in advance.

Yes she can continue and then extend her PBS dependent visa till she qualifies for ILR.
