Child benefit for turkish on tier 1

Hi
I had tier 2 for 3 years, now hold tier1. I dont have ilr yet. My wife is also noneuropean and my dependant.
My brp says no public funds. I am turkish so i think i qualify for child benefit as an exception due to my citizenship.
My question is this: if i claim child benefit for my new born, would it affect my future ilr application?

Thanks. I did see that posts. But I am still sure about the answer as those situations do not seem to apply.
