Tier 2 ICT Dependant to Tier 2 General(Same employer)

Hi All,

I am working a company based out of London. as my Tier 2 ICT Dependant is expiring, they want to retain me. So they have sponsored me and my Rcos is approved under Shortage occupancy as my role falls under it.

Some of my friends are telling me that as I am switching from my Tier 2 ICT depend to Tier 2 General under same employee, it will create some issue

My Query is my company have filled properly and we are not doing anything wrong. so why there should be an issue when I switch my visa for the same employee.

is there any real problem in this?

I don't see any issue. Better ask your friend what's exactly the issue there...

In terms of Naric certificate which one you have submitted - visa and nationality service( which confirms Academic qualification level statement and English language proficiency statement) OR the other service of uk naric.
