I don't see any issue. Better ask your friend what's exactly the issue there...Britishhope wrote: ↑Wed Jul 18, 2018 3:18 pmHi All,
I am working a company based out of London. as my Tier 2 ICT Dependant is expiring, they want to retain me. So they have sponsored me and my Rcos is approved under Shortage occupancy as my role falls under it.
Some of my friends are telling me that as I am switching from my Tier 2 ICT depend to Tier 2 General under same employee, it will create some issue
My Query is my company have filled properly and we are not doing anything wrong. so why there should be an issue when I switch my visa for the same employee.
is there any real problem in this?
checked. He is having some diff opinion. he is mentioning that as you worked for the same employee, some case worker will think that your company want to hold you back that's why they are filling under shortage occupancy.
