Remote working abroad - sponsor notification?

Hi all,

Does the sponsor need to notify UKVI if I take a few "work from home" days alongside my holiday? I will be going abroad for 2 weeks and wanted to take an additional 5 days as work from home. Sponsor is totally fine with this.

Do any reporting dutiea arise...? I asked the sponsor and they seem to think not.
