Post by qayyumshabbir » Fri Jul 20, 2018 9:04 am

hi,
I want help with what sort of visa do i apply. as there is so much of confusion on internet.
my wife she came to UK in oct 2013 as my dependent at that time i was on Tier 1 general (hsmp visa).
now i got naturalised and i am british citizen . my wife already had her second extension as Tier 1 general dependant .
after 5 years which is in oct 2018 it will be 5 years for her in uk and she has not been out of country more than 60 days in continuation for holidays.
she has done her life in uk and english test.

my question is ?
what application or visa should i apply for her to get settlement or ilr . is it set(o) or something .

please help thank you

She can apply for ILR within 28 days before 29 September 2018.

She must use form Set(O).

There is NO maintenance fund requirement for ILR.

I will now move this topic to the ILR sub forum.
