Negative Ecs , waiting for appeal hearing

Hi all,
Please help me. My 10 years ILR refused on 17 January 2018. With in country right of appeal. Applied on time got hearing. Date September 2 week. After appeal my employer check Ecs was positive. Now they check again after 6 months came negative. I am suspended from my job. My question is.
Do i need to ask my employer to check with appeal no ?
I spoke with my solicitor he said batter to go for PAP.
Is there any other option i can reinsted my right to work other then PAP ?
Please help respected Gurus, members i am so depressed since day before yesterday.
