Email received today 19/07/2018: saying application isn’t straight forward.
Does anyone know what this mean I’m very scared and can’t stop crying its very stressful

Receive a call from VFS on 26/06/18.
Passport Collect 27/07/18( Visa Granted).
I went to bangladesh to take my wife.
We entered UK 09/07/18.
No phone call or any enquiry from UKVI. They just deliver passport after 60 days as per their timeline.

On June 20th, we got emails for wife and child saying application are being prepared for entry clearance officer. A few minutes later, got another email asking us to pay for daughter's IHS which we did also then email them for confirmation.

They don't necessarily send it the same time, sometimes the IHS email request arrives later.
