Fiance visa

Hello CASA

I need your precious advice...
I am a British and have second wife in Pakistan.. I am in the same situation..my second marriage is not recognized because I was not free to do marriage again..But now I have my decree absolute and want to apply for fiance visa but the problem is that my wife' passport shows I'm her husband...will it cause problem?if no then can we attach our Nikah nama?

I can only suggest that you explain the situation in your fiance visa application.

CR001 please suggest me...I'm really worried..I heard it's not possible to remarried in pak and the only hope is fiance visa...

No one can guarantee the visa will be issued.

same situation and we have remarried in azad kashmir.had applied visa in jan,18 now waiting for decision.see what will happen with our application .pray for us plz.

previously our marriage was already registered in pakistan and my husband is belongs to azad kashmir thats why we choose that.Are u in same situation??
