Questions on AN form

Hi All,

I am applying for naturalization and have my NCS appointment day after tomorrow. I have few questions regarding my AN form.

I received my ILR for 5 years on tier2 basis and applying paper application for naturalization.
1. Date and Place of first arrival in the UK. Is this the date I entered the UK on student visa in 2008 or the date I was issued the Tier-2 visa in 2012. The guideline states enter the day you first arrived with a view to staying in the UK on a long term basis, and the airport or seaport through which you then entered.
2. Do I have to mention any PCNs in my AN form? If yes where in section 3 (Good Character Requirement).
3. I attended one speed awareness course in 2011 with no points on my license. Do I have to disclose this FPN in AN form? If yes where in section 3 (Good Character Requirement).
If yes for my questions 2 or 3 then do I have to mark Yes to 3.1 (Have you been convicted of an criminal offense in the UK or any other country)?

I read a lot of threads and could gather that the PCNs can be Not mentioned but not much explanation if we should mention the FPN resulted in Speed Awareness Course with no points on license or not.

Any help from other members please.
