Hi
As i came here in Uk in dec 2015 on spouse visa
My husband is British National
I m going to apply for ILR
As i passed both tests
Need help
My BRP is expiring on 23 August 2018
Need full list of documents n do i have to pay NHS Surcharge ?

You don't qualify for ILR yet as you need 5 years residence on a spouse visa, 2 x 2.5 year visas.

Do you mean to ask about applying for a spouse visa extension on FLR M?

If you only came to the UK on a spouse visa in December 2015, you have to apply for a spouse visa extension on form FLR M and meet all the same financial and English A2 requirements as well as proof of cohabitation. The extension will be for another 2.5 years. You also have to pay the & 500 immigration health Surcharge plus the visa fee.

What was the start/issue date in your spouse visa?

To qualify for ILR you need 5 years residence so you will only qualify in December 2020.

You need to apply for a 2.5 year spouse visa extension on form FLR M before your visa expires and you must meet all the requirements.

Hi everyone.. Can someone advise please? I am applying for my further leave to remain extension for another 2.5 years. We came to check the amount of NHS Surcharge on the gov website and its coming up as £0.00. We already paid the nhs surcharge when i was appling for leave to enter. Is this the reason it’s coming up with nothing? Please clarify. Thanks

There is an error somewhere as the IHS shouldn’t be zero.

IHS is £500. You must pay it for an extension application.
