Hi

Was wondering if anyone could please help me. My mother went to her asylum screening interview yesterday in Croydon. At the end of the screening she was handed a one stop notice under section 120. The home office lady who handed her this told her to fill it in and take it with her to her next signing on. She went to Loughborough today and took all documentation for the one stop notice and they told her they don’t take it there. However there is no information on this notice of where to send it to. We are waiting for the solicitor to ring back. But has anyone had any experience of this ?

I applied for asylum on Aug 2018 with screening interview and in December 2018 I received asylum questionnaire which I sent them back with evidence in December. on 20 April 2019 I received biometrics
letter said this is part of application to go post office and give your biometrics. I don't know why they asking for biometrics after 09 months of my asylum claim and also they didn't invite me for substantive interview.
Please anyone help me in this matter.
