letter from appeals team of HO

GREETINGS,

I need encouragement and shared experience from all here please.

I appeared twice in an appeal court with my kids and both cases was negative.

While awaiting the next date to appear in court because my legal counsel advised to take the matter to the next court,i got a letter from the appeals team asking for 4 copies each of me and my kids and stating our names and DOB.

My legal counsel has told me to ignore because this is the practise for removal proceedings,so i beg to know if anyone has had this experience(letter wise) and what happened,my kids were born year,age 9 and 6months,younger son just turned 8

lawyer advised to ignore because it is a letter sent to everyone,

only biomertics invitation is good news he said.

i have two sons one is turning 10 in summer and the youngest is 8.
we applied and appeared in court and lost.
we did not submit the pictures as requested,and i have no right to remain,during my last reporting day i was held back for over 2 hours and questioned as one without leave.
my wife who applied on her own has got her right to remain,however i was not part of her application.
because i had this application going and we dint not want to deal with the application as a family unit so incase it was unsuccessful.
she now has leave to remain,we are advised to wait for our son to turn 10.to save cost,its nearly 10,000 for 3 applications.

i have a letter to appear to attend a meeting in lunar house bringing some documents.I called and im informed my meeting is with the high commission of Ghana,who knows it maybe to deport me.
