30 points, non everything. Still waiting. Application says under review. What exactly does that mean?

Ideally this means that your application is with a case worker and probably he/she is looking at some other applications which are also in the queue, or probably he/she is doing some final checks with the supporting documents submitted with your application. However, given the situation in the last 8-9 months it might also mean that your application may only be processed further when applications with higher points have been processed. So you have to be a little patient with the process here. That being said, your application with 30 points is under review itself is a good sign that it may be approved this month or in the next. I hope it gets approved this month only.

Hello everyone,
My rcos was granted to company on 13th itself with 31 pts. But I haven't received it yet. Does company need to fill some more my detail paperwork to finally get approved and assign cos to me? Any insight into this matter will be useful.thanks

Once the RCoS has been approved, they can straightway assign that to you. Any paperwork, such as you are probably mentioning, is required only before approval of a RCoS.
You may need to contact the HR of your company as they may be doing final checks before assigning that to you, but it may be for their own internal requirement rather than the requirement from home office.

They need to provide some information like passport number. There 8-10 things to provide but at the same time they also have to pay £3199 (for 3 yrs) £5199 (for 5 yrs) and that may require some approval.

Hi,

query related to this,

is the number of years 3 or 5 mentioned in the approved rcos or is it something employer will decide later and do while assign the approved cos to me?

thanks in advance.

I got my RCOS yesterday. 35 points. Non everything. It's been a long 8 months. To the guys below 31 points. I think the points would come down to 21 by September or October. It has been a stressful experience but you guys made it a bit easier. Good luck.

Hi,

My recruiter told me that last month they received my approval but on the last date and till that date my RMLT expired and informed me that they are going to apply for RMLT in august and will reapply my application in september and I have 44 points.
The question is RMLT is only required for 1 month or how it works.

Thanks

Hey all,

Some of my gonna be colleagues received their Rcos for the graduate role. Though we all graduates entering into the same company have some number of points, some of us didn't receive our Rcos yet. Coincidentally, all those who received their Rcos had completed their degree in the UK earlier (and returned to their country following the expiry of their student visa) and those who didn't receive a news yet hadn't. The employer however didn't ask us to provide extra information.

What does this typically mean? Can I anticipate to receive the Rcos soon? or will those who were once the tier 4 visa holders are given first priority by any chance?

Thank you so much!

Do you mean to say only those who graduated in the UK are eligible to get the 10points through milkround and those who graduated outside the UK aren't?
