IMPORTANT!!! Can Any Garda Immigration Officer Register with the INIS Letter

Hi y'all

Please I have my letter from inis to go with my partner to go and register for, y temporary stamp 4, please does anyone know if I can do it in any garda station as the Immigration officer in my county is off sick and don’t know when he will be back.

you cannot register with any other Garda unless you got permission from INIS, you might be from Kildare,

lady at Kildare Garda is __________.

if you are in Kildare, just move from there.

She is there from last 18 years and no one can challenge her. She is Godfather of Kildare .

No you can't go any Immigration garda station only the office where you living address where you applied because if you go some where else they won't do only your local immigration office where you living

Thanks for ur respond, am in Cavan Town and the Immigration officer in is off sick.

I ll suggest you wait and get done job from there. Unless any one from office t refer you different Town that would be great then you can do.

@umairks123 well I submitted an eu1 form in July, however in Oct I was told to send eu1a that they cannot accept the EU1 form which I'd sent them, so my solicitor sent the eu1a to them by Nov and in Dec I was sent my temporary stamp 4 and was asked for more doc and was told a decision would be made on my application soon.

Queston!
One. How the border looks like Ireland to UK boat without them (immigration) caught ..??? (Either Night or Day)

Two. I UK visit children, (c visa)
1 older son british passport, 4-5 days before c visa expire then come here Ireland. Now applied EU Treaty Right Application but reject no go.

So now wanting to UK back, do I stand a chance of any ground of law over there?
