OCI Online Application

Hi there,

I have recently become a British Citizen by Naturalisation. I want to apply for OCI and filled online application. What shall I have to do after downloaded application form. Do I need to book an appointment ? and what documents I need to submit ?

I've found that the below docs required.

1) British Passport [Original] + 1 copies
2) Naturalisation Certificate [Original] + 1 copies
4) Online OCI Application print out
5) 2 Photos.
6) Appointment letter printout.

Do I need Surrender Certificate ? if Yes, Then How do I get one ?
I am self-employed. Do I need to submit anything from my companies ?
