Eufam permanent residency application duration .

Any one tell me how long it took for permanent residency application to be approved (eufam stamp holders only please)

depends on your document if ur still with eu spouse and you have solid paper work like proof of addresses in both name and eu citizen continuously working for past 5 years it can take as little as 3 weeks to full 6 months.

We Still together, Eu working since 5 years ago all bills sent and p60. Just wanna hear from someone who did it and managed to get before 6 months.

Got acknowledged letter on 5 of May , haven’t heard anything since then, I don’t know I can travel to any eu with temporary visa or not . So freak out about Brexit also as my spouse is British citizen and anything could happen if NO deal.

how long your stamp is valid did you got any temporary stamp from INIS
i’m same applied in may nothing heard from them

Sorry didn’t read it properly,my current visa last till September and yes I have an acknowledged lettter from Inis from 5 May stated temporary residence valid till Jan next year,and no I haven’t have a chance to go and get temporary stamp yet as my current one still valid

Thx for ur reply sounds like they take long . I was thinking of applying for citizenship next month but am afraid I have to wait few months so I don’t have a problem with an expired card. My card is due in October. I will update when I hear from them.

So today I received a letter stating the decision making is in process based on all what we handed in. Does anyone know how long this decision making takes .. thx

they only mentioned your application is in process nothing els??

May I ask when did you submit your application? We submitted our application about the 2nd week of July but have yet to receive any letter. Thanks!

i submitted my permanent application beginning march 2018 , got acknowledgement letter end of march 2018 , my stamp4 eufam expired beginning august , went at burg quay with appointment in July , they got in touch with the people dealing with my permanent application , got given another written appointment in a week time , and told to bring a letter that im going to receive ...i thought it was the decision letter , but sadly it was a letter with 6 months extension while they're still processing my application , which could have been done while i was there the previews week , total waste of time , im married to eu for 12 years , wife has same full time job for the last six years .

I applied in 17 agust and got first letter via register post on 22 August said on letter recived documents
Etc etc
Any one any Idea how long will take for decision

their is no fix time line anything between 2 week to 6 months and in some cases 10 months

but as you already hold retention they might process your application faster as very few checks to do in your case.

Any update from your eu3 application did you got the decision?

It took 3 months only for me.married for 15 years to a Eu spouse both working .
