I can't thank you enough for being so helpful and kind, just so I can have a little peace of mind have you ever in your career come across as something similar and the spouse was successful in getting a visa, I just have this cloud on my mind and I want some positivity

We are slightly stressed out

Thanks again

Besides the Over Stay I have another problem it seems now that my tax code with HMRC was incorrect which means I have incurred taxes, I have called HMRC to start the process of rectifying this but again will this impact my spouse visa application ? They registered me as if I have ran a business where as I have never run a business I have always had a job

I believe it would be best to resolve this before applying for the Spouse visa.

Ok I have started to resolve the HMRC , I want to have evidence that I am in the process of resolving this, will that evidence be sufficient if I plan on making a visa application just now or when it is absolutely resolved I should make the application ?

Secondly besides 320 7(b) , 320 (11) and S.EC 1.8 are there any other clauses for overstaying that apply to my case ?

Once again Casa you are a star !

One other thing why does a mistake on HMRC behalf be a negative for me as I was not even in the country and they applied a wrong tax code .

Will they go and dig up my HMRC history as well if my Husband applies for a spouse visa where he is the sponsor of our finances ?

They may not.
