SET(O) Home office Did not Respond after agreed through a consent order

Post by green786 » Thu May 31, 2018 2:46 pm

Has anyone been in a situation when home office hasn't complied with the court's consent order after requested to withdraw a judicial review.

I have been told, I will receive a new decsion within 90 days. Its a week over now and nearly 2 years when I initially applied and still waiting for the decision.

Please let me know and also what do I need to do?

Thanks very much
