Tier 4 General - Problem in Filling in the Visa Appl Form

I am trying to fill in the Tier 4 (General) visa form and after making the IHS fee payment, the system gets struck. It asks me to 'choose the service' but the services appear just for a blink of eye and then disappear. When I click on 'save and continue', it takes to the same page again. Anyone can help please!!

Contact your Tier 4 sponsor university for advice. It is likely to be a general issue with the system.
