Portuguese citizen working in kuwait

Hi,
I am Indian citizen, just received my BI(nationality) 3 months past which was collected from India,after which I had to travel to kuwait for my job,since I had short time of vacation, now I am planning to travel to Portugal on Indian passport,further to apply and receive my portuguese passport.
My question is:
1) can I travel back to kuwait with my Indian passport since it is holding kuwait visa? Or
2) is there a way to transfer the stamped visa on the new portuguese passport from Portugal itself than from where and how?
3)I do not want my kuwait visa to cancel on any cost?
4)can I surrender my Indian passport in Indian embassy in Portugal ? Or in Indian embassy in kuwait?
5) is it legal to declare while applying schenzen visa that I am holding nationality and the purpose of travel,is there any risk of depriving the visa application if I do so?
6)from where should I apply for oci from Portugal or India?

I am sure my question can help many people in gulf region.

Easiest way to do this is and what my Goan friends have done,
- Apply for schengen visa on India passport (your visa application will be free since you are a citizen of the EU)
- Travel to Portugal, get your Portugese passport
- Travel to Kuwait, transfer your Kuwait visa to Portugese passport (easy process for GCC)
- Change your nationality on other documents like driving license etc.
- Surrender your indian passport
- Apply for OCI
