Tier 1 entrepreneur extension interview call

Hi,
I just received interview phone call from home office for Wednesday 19th September.
To be honest, never been in this situation.

My timeline
Applied September 2017
Biometric & complex letter October 2017
Interview call September 2018

Any suggestions are welcome.

I am running security company, everything seems all right for interview. Actually more that 20 employees working with me, I checked their files today but realised that few documents are missing some of those left already.
My question is that, do I need to worry, if some documents are missing from employees files??

Mandatory documentations which may include (but not limited to) ID's, Payment/Payee records, Employment Contract, attendance/absence records, H&S records, Training records along with DBS and/or license copies seems important.
In my opinion, you don't need to worry too much if you have run your business operations and know exactly the overall transformation of your business process.

Can you please confirm where you get the call? on your personal mobile or company landline.

Did you get any letter about the confirmation of the interview?

Did they give you an option or selection of days when they can come for an interview? I was wondering if a person is busy and was not able to attend the interview? can he ask them alternative date?
