updated. finally it took 3 months and 2 weeks form the date of online application submission. Still waiting for the BRP, called DX but they have no details of it as of today, Saturday morning.

went to collect the BRP today. Once you get the HO approval letter, make sure to chase DX with on this number by providing your postcode, surname and first line of address. they always provide different and misleading info, so keep chasing them. Their number 0333 241 5700. If they say there is nothing, call again same day and ask, other person will tell different story. Also if your card is with them and you don't have calling card - find out which depot it is where they keep it and go with two bills as proof of address and your passport!

The whole process uptil approval took 42 days.

It was inhumane, expensive and stressful process. Thanks to ALLAH i have ILR now. Best of luck to others, Don't loose hope just pray and trust ALLAH.
