One of the absurdity of the appeals system is that it undermines the Immigration rules.

Hello there...the update is I have accepted the 30 months visa in may 2018 as I cannot fight with them anymore and ran out of funds as well. They do not respond to anything. But raised an complaint but not sure the final outcome. Atlist I thank god my next extensions until 2024 will be straightforward. Five more years to go 🤡🤡🤡

Leave to Remain granted on human rights grounds tend to be either FLR(FP) or Leave Outside The Rules and lead to ILR on a 10 year Long Residence basis.

Yes Simon is right...it's a 10 years route under human rights...but my clock started again from 2014...Every case is different I can say!

we got a letter that my husband will be given 24 months limited leave to remain. appeal promulgation date is completely wrong from 2015. it looks like its all copy pasted.

what can we do as we are not happy with type of visa. can we go for admin review or pap with jr?
as we have visa going for pap with jr will not cause any problems?

What is your solicitor opinion? Nothing will happen to your visa now! They can't cancel...atlist you have 24 months to fight :)

Thanks for your reply. did they request you ihs in same letter of granting 30 months visa?

our solicitor is not much helpful. letter from court says that appeal is granted under human rights article 8. the one we got today from ho says appeal granted in ftt based on long residence. it doesnt mention about human rights or article 8. and the paragraph based on which they granted leave to remain is on 276 a1n 276 a2 based on 276 b1 2 and 4
