Why my tier4 visa decision is taking so much time?

Hello everyone!


I applied for tier4 visa from Lahore, Pakistan on 3rd of April I did my biometrics and interview on the same day. After 2 weeks an ECO suddenly called me again and asked me some questions again. But till now which has been 8 weeks I do not have a decision on my application. And they didn’t tell me anything about the delay as well. I don’t know what to do?

Is there anyone who can help?

Same situation bro...I opted for priority service but its been 15 working days..still no email or text from UKVI . Which uni are you applying?

Derby university. Do u think it depends on uni or course?

I am not sure about this. But I heard that top-ranked universities have a significant role in getting tier 4 visa. In that case, you are on the safe side because derby got a gold status in TEF. Above all of that home office is the primary decision maker, so we cant be certain about visa decision . Any update?

I would like to throw some light last year when we applied for tier 4 my wife was student. we applied on 24th july and our passports come on 22sept. so may be this year again the home office has lots of applications.

I recently made an enquiry and request of scalation. And they replied me we appreciate your patience at this time and will inform about any update when we have.

I am just worried my course start date is 25th June and intended travel date 22th June if they sent my passport after that dates.

Any updates from your side? Nahmdez!
