Hey,i would like to ask u about my existing circumstance.i came to the Uk in 2008 on student visa.i had my student extensions till feb 2015. In feb 2015 i have applied for FLRO and it came back following a rejection and with out country right of appeal on 21st july 2015. I have than within 14 days applied for Eu extended family member and it also came back following a rejection with an in country right of appeal on 26th jan 2016. I am still in the appeal process like i have got a hearing date.Am i not eligible for the ILR?

Probably no. However, there may be a path if you win your appeal and what the judgment determines.

Thankyou for your answer and yeah i have had realised that wasn’t the relevant post.i knew this for sure that i have to win the appeal to apply for the ILR.Now because you said probably no i am thinking is there a way out to it?
