Spouse visa rejected for second time marriage

Spouse visa rejected for second time marriage

Dear case

My application for wife spouse visa refused because marriage to my second wife 2009 and divorce my first wife 20010
And applied spouse visa for my wife 2017
And get refuse
The reason is that I married to my second wife before I get divorced to my ex wife
But at the time of application 2017 i have only one wife
And i was living in iraq from 2009 till 2014
, i only came back to uk for visit some times at that time
Can be ther any solution for my problem?

Despite you had one wife in 2017 but in the eyes of HO your 2nd marriage in 2009 wasn't recognized because you were not free to marry. Maybe fiancée visa would be better than spouse visa in these circumstances. Your visits to UK won't have any issue as long as you kept leaving in timely.

Seagul is correct. Your second marriage won't be recognised under British law. Most who find themselves in this situation apply for a fiance visa and 're-marry' in the UK.

Thanks casa for replying me
I have a boy 6 years Old , and applied a British Passport for him in 2016 and HM give him a British passport but after that when we applied for my wife spouse visa they refuse because of that situation we mentioned above,
My question now is that if we apply for a Fiance visa won’t make any problems for my son is British Passport?

If you son is already British he can come UK whenever
