Tier 4 General - Priority Service

Hi Friends,

I applied Tier 4 Student visa through Priority Service(10 days).

I got an email today . From TIER4 REFERRAL REQUESTS".

Your application decision has been made and you will receive your documents and letters in due course.

I am little bit confused. My friend also applied Tier4 Priority visa. He didn't receive any mail like this.

Any idea.
