BRP wait time after succesful appeal

Appeal was heard on the 18/07/2018 - I was on 'float list' but fortunately for me after about an hour, the judge chose to see my case immediately for all of 5 mins before allowing the appeal. My barrister informed me of the court decision on 11/08/18 with the determination letter dated 9/08/2018. On 29/08/2018, I received an email receipt regarding court fees refund from the HO and this was refunded same day. 14 days has now passed and no news of the HO appealing the court decision. I'll take that as a positive sign.

And now I await - impatiently - for the arrival of my BRP. I just graduated and have been unable to apply for a job because I have nothing to prove my 'right to work'. I'm really hoping my BRP arrives soon

Congratulations u might receive your Brp soon..most cases they been speedy processing

It cld take up 2 6 wks mine.wad heard 26 June received the implementation letter 2 of August.l had 2 Call the court 2 check....
now its more than 6 weeks,

Hi everyone
I applied for Asylum which is successfully done through appeal in court. It’s been 3 months today I got court decision letter 18th of June 2018. Home office not challenge the decision. I am waiting for my Brp card but today I received a letter from home office to attend an interview at pakistan high commission to verify your identity with your dependent I have 2 kids.
I am worried why they are asking now to attend this.
Anyone please help me. What to do?

You need to speak to your lawyer. He is the best person to advise . But if the kids are your own then you don’t hv anything to worry about.

and now today 23rd september still no any news i am waiting court decision . does anyone knows how long waiting time ??

My friend had hearing in London on 31 august 2018 decision received on 5 sept 2018 judge said decision will come in 2 weeks. His appeal was allowed 14 days completed on 19 sept he called on 21 sept no appeal yet from Home Office as I am aware Ho cant appeal the decision now as 14 days over ? He was awarded Fee of £140 and received on 18 September. Anyone can update what will be the next procedure ?

you can ask your solicitor he might have received it by now or call court to check decision is sent …….

The HO will right to you it could take up to 90 days from decision date . Be patient

Normally it takes at least one month to hear from the judge. You might receive it this week. So be patient

It could come anytime within the 12 weeks on 90days. You can contact them after the 12 weeks. God bless. Read the story of others here and it will give a fair idea on what you should expect from the hone office. You can’t predict the HO.

How long it will take to get Brp he wants to travel ASAP any suggestion.
