change name on passport and BRP after arriving uk

My spouse passport made before marriage as her just single name (without surname ) and with her father name . I am having problem to registering her name in uk offices ie Dr etc because no surname or maiden name on passport and Brp. which she holding.
My Question is
Q1, Can she change her name adding my (husband ) surname on new passport without any problem ( with providing documents of marriage certificate in non EEC) instead of her father .
Q2 If she change her name on new passport Can she change new name on BRP too? will be any problem or No?
Q3 if she can change name then which form she have to fill?
Q4 where she have to send form ?
Q5 How much its cost and how long it will take to get it back ?

Please help me to solve this problem if any one had same problem or similar
