extention visa

hi dears
i thinks somebody can help in this site for me,
i want to apply my extention my spouse visa affter 2 an half years because our income is not enough for extend spouse visa; but i want to change my category want to apply because my doughter (english citizen and my hausband)borned here and
-what application form do i have to use for this?
-what documents are dou i need prepare?

FLR(FP) Partner route. This will be a 10 year route to ILR

If by chance either/both of you possess 6 months older savings of at least £62500 either locally/abroad then can meet the financial requirement without working and extend the visa on existing 5 years route.
