Tier 2 Dependant ILR

Hi everyone.

I am currently a holder of Tier 2 Dependant visa, initially issued in 2014 and expiring in March 2019. My partner has recently gotten his ILR after spending 5 years on Tier 2 General. My question is: when is the earliest I can apply for ILR? Thank you very much for your help

Within 28 days before the 5th anniversary of the date your initial visa was granted., which you have not stated.

Could you please help with the follow up question:
My current TIER 2 dependant visa expires in April 2019 (before the required 5-year period qualifying me for ILR application); I understand that I will need to apply for extension of my current visa but my question is - what is the earliest I can apply for an extension? I will be travelling extensively in the first quarter of 2019 and was hoping to apply for visa extension before that time. Thank you very much!

What was you visa issue date in 2014? You have still not stated this.
