They cannot/will not refuse your application on this basis . If they want it , they will ask you about it . Nothing to worried about , its not critical .

Besides, they may refer to your business bank statements to see that you have funds perhaps.

I got an under consideration email for the first time after 4 months.

Yes but it is an advantage to provide these documents, if not I don't think it is very critical for tier 1 ent applicants.

Yes I have been receiving regular monthly under consideration emails.

Yes you are right, my application has been approved without providing any personal finance documents.

Yes I have been receiving regular monthly emails, I don't think it has an impact on the application and are automated service emails.

Application approved on 01/10/2018.

Yes probably, but I would personally advise to send just a personal bank statement for peace of mind.
