Applying study permit for Canada from UK as an Indian National

Hi,

I am an Indian citizen working in UK from the last 18 months on Tier 2 ICT visa. I got a call from a University in Canada to study MBA. Is it possible to apply for a Canada study permit from UK? If yes, then what is the procedure? If I apply from UK, would their be any complications/issues I should be cautious of?

Additional info: My current ICT visa is valid until 2020 and the MBA program starts in March 2019 in Canada.

Please help!
