Hi, we have a similar situation. I am unsure whether to apply for a returning resident visa as I had visited the UK twice with a visitor visa. I was wondering if you could share what you did in the process?
Thanks so much! Last question - were the letters you submitted original copies with handwritten signature? I am out of the UK so I was wondering if an e-signature from family/friends will suffice, otherwise I'll ask them to mail it to me.ScottOZ wrote: ↑Thu May 16, 2019 5:46 pmWe applied for resident return with help of migration agent, I don't think I am allowed to name a service on this forum.
Also we got our friends and family in UK write letter of support, secured conditional job offers (school teacher) in rural area. Showed funds available to avoid public find dependency ( house sale).
And requested local MP of the area of job offer to write a letter of support.
That's it, I will recommend to apply with support letters and sell your skills.
Good luck!
