Goin out of UK for a month,what documents?

Hi all,
I am on work permit since last 3 years. I am goin to Pakistan for a month. what documents do I need to take with me, I heard I need employer letter as they ask for it at airport when you come back, Is that all I need to take with me ...

I am not sure if they ask in Pakistan. I had travelled a lot during my wp period (the last one a month back) and never carried any of them (nor was i asked). All they ask in london when you enter back is that, if you are still continuing with the same employer under the original contract terms.. thats it..
