Left UK permanently Police registration certificate

I left the UK few month ago and later decided not to extend my Tier2 visa that expired few days ago and to stay abroad on a permanent basis. Do I need to inform the Police or return them the certificate. I haven't found any information and can't write to the police station as they don't publish their emails or phone numbers, just general address.
