Premium Service current appointment availability

I'm about to apply for a Tier2 General employer switch and as I've left my past employer a month ago and received curtailment letter I am just looking to hurry up, My question is what is the earliest I can do a same day appointment i.e. as per current availability can anyone share their experience as in how many days they got the premium service centre appointment?
