Tier 5 - Creative - Sponsored Twice?

Post by akire5790 » Sun Oct 07, 2018 12:15 pm

I am currently an American working for an arts organisation in Scotland on a Tier 5 - Creative Worker visa. My current stay expired March 2019 and they can extend it for another 12 months after that. I would like to know:
1. Is it possible for them to issue another CoS after that to allow me to come back into the UK for an extended period of time?
2. Do they have to show any other specific paperwork in order to sponsor the same person twice?
3. Are there any other routes that Tier 5 can switch to?

Thank you

You don't state how long your current visa was valid for, presumable 12 months?

You cannot switch within the UK to other visas in the points based system. The only visa you could switch to is a spouse settlement visa if you have a British partner or partner who holds ILR.

Max 24 months on same stay. But you could then leave and get a new visa and start all over again.
