Penalty after naturalisation

First of all i want to say a big thank you to everyone on this amazing website.
Yesterday i got my british citizen certificate . i have permanent card as family member of eu citizen . I seen most poeple says i dont need to send my card back within 5 days .
If they send me a fine £1000 .what should i do?

PR cards under EU rules don't need to be returned as you don't lose the status like a person with ILR under the UK immigration rules.

No one has ever reported getting a fine on the forum.
