Companys Tier 2 License in Renewal: will it impact my Tier 5 GAE?

Hi,

I have been granted Tier 5 GAE visa. I am due to travel to UK next month to start my job. However, the company where I I'll be working, their tier 2 license will expire next month too. They have already applied for renewal.
My question is will I be able to start my job if their tier2 license is under renewal process?
