I’m a british citizen and my husband wants to come to the uk on the ymb visa we do not want to settle in the uk long term that’s why we don’t want to look at spouse visa. Been though he meets age all other requirements will his marriage to me affect this visa. He is a New Zealander

1. No need for multiple topics. Both now merged.

2. If he qualifies he can apply. It should not be an issue if he is married to a British citizen.
