child tax credit

Dear group,
I will be thankfull if some body help me plz especially Kazi bhai,
I am british and got 2 kids, my mrs is on Flrm, i want apply for child tax credit and working tax credit, as my income is not enough to support my family,
my quetion is ,
My mrs 10 year long residency will complete by the end of next year, she is on Flrm till 2020 , if we start taking child tax credit and working tax credit , will it effect on her 10 year long residency application for indefinite leave remain?
as it cleary says "no resource to public funds on her visa"

No it won't as long as you claim tax credits in JOINT names with her.

thx Cr001 for ur prompt reply,
i aked this from a solictor , he said its best to not claim till she get ilr, so thats y i was confused,

Child benefits must be claimed in the name of the ILR holder/BC spouse. You must however state your FLR(M) partners details in the form.

Tax credits must be claimed JOINTLY with your spouse.

Both, if claimed correctly as above, has no effect on visa and ILR.
