Admin reveiw result

Hi i got refusal 6th sep 18 on the base of not a genuine student . I have submitted AR on 18 sep 18 . I got email from AR depertment on 1 oct 18 , we have received your request and transfer to relevent team . But after confirmation email i didnot get any mail or result from them .. its morethan 28 days . Can anybody tell me how long it will take ? Thanks

Ask your Tier 4 sponsor for advice, including about whether and when you will be able to start your studies if the AR is successful.

If the AR is successfull ,solicitor said u can join january session . But i didnot get any update

I guess there's a delay in everyone's administrative review. I applied on 25 sept and still haven't got a response.

Hi Gmomi89, Just received the email from Sheffield regarding my AR decision. The decision of refusal is overturned. My decision was made on 16 oct 2018 but i received it on 20 Nov 2018.
